One daily check-in call. The Update Recipient receives a structured daily summary (based on the Check-in Recipient’s responses).

Max — $29/month
Two daily check-in calls (you choose two timeframes). The Update Recipient receives two separate daily updates (one after each check-in), using the same summary format as Plus.
