What Audiage Check-In IS
- Brief, structured daily wellness calls
- Simple yes/no or multiple-choice check-in questions
- Notification updates to a designated contact if something seems concerning
- A calm, respectful experience designed to be easy for older adults
What Audiage Check-In is NOT
- Not a doctor, nurse, medical provider, or diagnosis service
- Not a therapist or mental-health provider
- Not a lawyer or financial advisor
- Not a crisis line or emergency dispatch service

Emergency situations
If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, they should hang up and contact local emergency services immediately. Audiage Check-In cannot contact 911 or dispatch help.
What happens if we can’t confirm “okay”
- If we can’t reach the recipient, we may try again based on your schedule settings.
- If we can’t confirm they’re okay, we notify the designated update recipient.
- Notifications may be delivered by email and/or SMS depending on what you set during signup.
Notifications are informational. Your update recipient should follow their own judgment about next steps.
Respectful interaction only
- No harassment, abuse, or hateful content
- No sexual or explicit content
- No attempts to manipulate, exploit, or bypass safety rules
The assistant may redirect, end the call, or stop responding if boundaries are crossed.
Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Call outcomes and settings information are used to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
